No pudo ser, porque el Ironman se le resistió con una caída y Gregorio quedó 11º, sin premio en metálico - pero habrá más oportunidades, y no me olvidaré de TRi W.W.W., insistió Gregorio.
Y así fue... el 28 de noviembre, después de correr y ganar el Ciudad de Arrecife Marathon de Lanzarote, Gregorio hizo entrega del 15% del premio en metálico ganado en el Ironman de Inglaterra el pasado verano. ¡Gracias, Gregorio!

Gregorio Cáceres Morales, the best Lanzarote born long distance triathlete wants to support TRi W.W.W.
Though the present economic situation is tough, this young triathlete promised to support the charity with 15% of his prize money at Ironman Lanzarote 2010.
"It's not much - says Gregorio - I wish I could do more, but times are hard, some sponsors have had to reduce their economic support. But I am lucky to be able to do what I like, and I want to help those who have it tougher than me with what I can do to help their conditions to improve.

And so he did... after running and winning the Ciudad de Arrecife Marathon lanzarote on 28 November 2010, Gregorio handed out the 15% of the prize money he won in the Ironman UK last Summer, to TRi W.W.W.
